Poet, Author, Russian Translator

Richard Fenwick is a poet, author, and Russian translator whose work has been featured in various international journals. He studied creative writing at the University of Maryland, and Russian at the Defense Language Institute in Monterrey, California. He was a Russian linguist in the Air Force and flew reconnaissance missions during the Cold War. His first full collection of poetry, Around the Sun Without a Sail, is scheduled to be published in mid-2012. Richard lives in Tucson, Arizona, where he works as a translator for Russian, Belorussian, and Ukrainian Holocaust survivors.
